Election Dates
Polls for the elections noted below closed at 5 pm on Friday 13 March 2026. Results are pending.
- Student Representative At-Large to the Senate
- Student Representative of a Faculty to the Senate (Applied Science, Arts)
- Graduate Student Representative to the Senate
- Student Representative to the Board of Governors
Submitting a Nomination
Enrolment Services must receive completed nominations (Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences) by 12 pm on Friday 20 March 2026. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Receipt of all nominations will be confirmed within two business days of the close of nominations.
Forms and statements are to be scanned and emailed to UBC Elections at elections.information@ubc.ca. Paper forms cannot be accepted.
Do NOT submit forms to the AMS.
